Zipongo is looking for a Director, Business Development to manage the relationship with some of our key partners. You ideally have experience in a partner management, sales, and/or marketing role. You are a great communicator, at ease with developing and delivering presentations for executives at Fortune 500 companies and clear in language, both spoken and written. You have a talent for building trust and rapport, strengthening relationships with our partners. You can also navigate Zipongo’s teams and processes in order to be an internal advocate for our partners.
Developing and implementing a comprehensive external sales and marketing plan to distribute Zipongo’s products through our partners
Represent Zipongo to our partners and clients and liaise with our partners in order to market and monetize our product through partner channels
Communicate with Zipongo’s sales, marketing, product, integration, and customer success teams in order to ensure smooth client launches and ongoing satisfaction with the product.
5+ years experience in sales, marketing, or distribution partner management role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues and cross-functional teams, and third parties.
Consistently achieve/exceed sales goals.
Strong time management and territory development skills.
Client Centric: You build relationships and trust through a consultative approach…and results.
