About You

You are a passionate, energetic marketing manager, who is excited to collaborate with clients to deliver strategic marketing campaigns that drive adoption of Zipongo’s product suite. While you love creating strategy, you’re equally thrilled to roll up your sleeves in implementation, which may include email creation, developing creative assets and traveling to onsite events to engage with potential users. You’re highly analytical and eager to iterate and improve upon marketing campaigns using past learning.

 

Responsibilities

  • Create, manage and execute marketing campaigns to drive adoption and engagement of Zipongo’s product suite to end users
  • Write compelling, user-focused messaging and content to encourage product adoption
  • Research and identify new marketing strategies to drive enrollment programs
  • Strong relationship building skills to successfully manage client relationships at the business and marketing level
  • Experience driving marketing creative development with Design team

What we’re looking for:

  • 5-10 years previous marketing experience
  • This is a client-facing role working closely with the Customer Success team; must have experience working directly with clients
  • Experience creating and delivering marketing programs through email, print and digital marketing channels
  • Track record of success in managing multiple external client-facing projects
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience using Mac OS and Google Drive at the enterprise level

Bonus points for:

  • Previous B2B2C marketing experience, preferably at a tech company
  • Professional experience at a consulting or client agency
  • Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop/ Illustrator
